Rin is in TestFlight Internal Beta. Email to ask about joining, and we'll help with eligibility and the invitation. Rin is not yet a public App Store release.
Reporting a problem
A few details help us understand what happened:
- Your Rin version and iOS version.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Whether you were using YouTube or Twitch, the approximate time, and any error message.
- For playback trouble, whether another video on the same platform works.
The Diagnostic ID in Settings can help us find the limited diagnostic events from your installation. Include it if you want us to check those events. Please leave passwords, credentials, private links, viewing titles, video identifiers, and complete diagnostic files out of your message.
Content and safety
Rin does not host videos or chat. Report content through YouTube or Twitch's own reporting tools. You can also hide a video from your local Rin library.
For a safety issue in Rin itself, email support with Safety report in the subject. Describe the problem without including sensitive information.
Privacy questions
You can manage your creators and hidden videos in Rin, and disconnect Twitch in Settings → Sources. These actions do not change your YouTube or Twitch subscriptions.
Beta diagnostic events already sent to Rin expire automatically within 30 days. There is no early self-service deletion control for those events. For a question about your data or a request to delete a support email, contact support@rinplayer.com.
